ارزیابی سازگاری و پایداری عملکرد دانه لاین‌های امید بخش سویا (Glycine max L. Merril) با استفاده از روش GGE بای‌پلات

گزینش ژنوتیپ‌های مطلوب با عملکرد و پایداری بالا هدف نهائی اغلب برنامه‌های اصلاحی سویا است. با هدف بررسی سازگاری و پایداری عملکرد دانه لاین‌های امیدبخش سویا، 19 لاین امیدبخش به همراه رقم ویلیامز (شاهد) در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مناطق کرج، گرگان، مغان و خرم‌آباد طی دو سال زراعی (1392 و1393) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. جهت تعیین سازگاری و پایداری عملکرد از تجزیه GGE بای‌پلات استفاده شد. تجزیه واریانس مرکب نشان داد
که اثرات سال، مکان، سال در مکان، ژنوتیپ، ژنوتیپ در سال، ژنوتیپ در مکان و ژنوتیپ در سال در مکان در سطح 1 % معنی‌دار بودند. سهم واریانس اثرات سال، مکان و ژنوتیپ به‌ترتیب 01/0، 60/0 و 02/0 بود که بیانگر سهم قابل توجه اثر مکان‌ آزمایشی بود. دو مولفه
PC1 و PC2 در مجموع 58 درصد از واریانس مربوط به اثر ژنوتیپ به اضافه اثر متقابل ژنوتیپ در محیط را توجیه نمودند. در این تحقیق سه محیط کلان مشخص شدند که اولین محیط کلان شامل محیط‌های E2 (کرج 1393)، E5 (مغان 1392)
 و E8 (گرگان 1393) و لاین G16 برترین ژنوتیپ این محیط بود، دومین محیط کلان شامل محیط‌های E3 (خرم‌آباد 1392)
و
E4 (خرم‌آباد 1393) و لاین G8 برترین ژنوتیپ این محیط بود و سومین محیط کلان شامل محیط‌های E1 (کرج 1392) و E7 (گرگان 1392) و لاین G17 برترین ژنوتیپ این محیط بودند. نتایج تجزیه GGE بای‌پلات نشان داد که لاین G17 (L85-3059)
با 2702 کیلوگرم در هکتار و لاین G16 (L12/Chaleston × Mostang) با 2750 کیلوگرم در هکتار، مطلوب‌ترین ژنوتیپ‌ها
 از نظر عملکرد دانه و پایداری بودند. همچنین محیط‌
E7 (گرگان 1392) مطلوب‌ترین محیط از نظر قدرت تمایز بین ژنوتیپ‌های سویا و بهترین نماینده منطقه هدف در نظر گرفت.
