مقاله مروری نقش تنظیم‌کننده‌های رشد در افزایش عملکرد گیاهان زراعی در شرایط شور: از تئوری تا عمل

تشدید روند شور شدن منابع آب و خاک، باعث افزایش توجه به پژوهش­های مرتبط با راهکارهای بهبود عملکرد گیاهان زراعی در شرایط شور شده است. بر اساس گزارش­های منتشر شده، سابقه پژوهش­ها پیرامون شناخت جنبه­های مختلف تنش شوری و روش‌های افزایش تحمل گیاهان به شوری در جهان به بیش از یک قرن می‌رسد. راهکارهای متفاوت و متعددی برای افزایش عملکرد گیاهان زراعی در شرایط شور پیشنهاد شده است که یکی از آنها استفاده از تنظیم کننده­های رشد گیاهی است. استفاده از تنظیم کننده‌های رشد از دهه 1930 آغاز شده و فروش جهانی سالانه آن­ها حدود 2/1 میلیارد دلار است. انواع تنظیم کننده‌های رشد حاوی حدود 40 نوع ماده فعال هستند که به­صورت منفرد یا ترکیبی به­عنوان تنظیم­کننده رشد مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرند. از مهم‌ترین تنظیم کننده‌های رشد می­توان به اکسین‌ها، سایتوکینین­ها، جیبرلین‌ها، اتیلن، آبسیزیک اسید، براسینواستروئیدها، سالیسیلیک ‌اسید، کلرمکوات کلراید، پاکلوبوترازول، جاسمونیک ­اسید، آسکوربیک­ اسید، تریاکونتانول، استریوگالاکتون­ها، نیتریک اکسید، پلی‌آمین­ها و هورمون­های پپتیدی گیاهی اشاره کرد. گزارش­های فراوانی در مورد افزایش کمیت و کیفیت محصول و بهبود تحمل به شوری در گیاهان زراعی در اثر مصرف تنظیم کننده­های رشد وجود دارد، اما اغلب این پژوهش­ها در محیط­های کنترل شده (شرایط خارج از مزرعه)­ و به­صورت یکساله، انجام‌شده است که همین موضوع باعث عدم کاربردی شدن نتایج اغلب این پژوهش­ها شده است. در این مقاله اثر مصرف تنظیم‌کننده‌های رشد بر بهبود عملکرد گیاهان زراعی در شرایط شور، با تاکید بر شرایط مزرعه، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
