fa ارزیابی خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک، عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن در ژنوتیپ‌های لوبیا سفید (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Scientific & Research ارزیابی تاثیر شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیک بر عملکرد دانه از اهمیت زیادی در گیاهان زراعی برخوردار است. به منظور شناسایی خصوصیات مورفولوژیک و ارزیابی اثر برخی شاخص‌های رشد و ضریب استهلاک نوری بر عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن در لوبیا، آزمایشی در سال 1387 روی تعداد 46 لاین امید بخش لوبیا سفید به همراه دو رقم دهقان و دانشکده در قالب یک طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی موسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‌های لوبیا از نظر صفات مورد ارزیابی دارای اختلاف معنی‌داری بودند. در میان شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیک، شاخص سطح برگ و دوام سطح برگ همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌دار و ضریب استهلاک نوری همبستگی غیر معنی‌داری با عملکرد دانه داشتند. از بین اجزای عملکرد و صفات مهم تاثیر گذار در عملکرد دانه، همبستگی مثبت و بسیار معنی‌دار به ترتیب در تعداد دانه در بوته، عملکرد بیولوژیک و تعداد غلاف در بوته با عملکرد دانه مشاهده گردید. در بین ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی، ژنوتیپ‌های 1. 4 ، 1. 7 و 7. 6 به ترتیب با عملکرد 1/1169، 2/1160، 4/1154 گرم در متر مربع، پر محصول‌ترین ژنوتیپ‌ها شناسایی شدند. ژنوتیپ 1. 4 دارای بیشترین شاخص سطح برگ، دوام سطح برگ و عملکرد بیولوژیک نسبت به کلیه ژنوتیپ‌های مورد بررسی بود. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق به نظر می‌رسد که با متمرکز کردن اهداف اصلاحی روی شاخص‌های فیزیولوژیک، می‌توان عملکرد دانه لوبیا را بهبود بخشید. To evaluate the morpho-physiological characteristics and to investigate the effect of some growth indices as well as the light extinction coefficient on the grain yield and its components in common beans, a filed experiment was conducted with 46 promising lines of white bean and two improved check cultivars “Dehghan” and “Daneshkadeh” at the research field of Karaj, Seed and Plant Improvement Institute, Iran, in 2008 growing season. The experiment was performed as a randomized complete block design with three replications. Results showed significant differences among white bean genotypes for measured characteristics. Leaf area index and leaf area duration had positive and significant correlation with the grain yield, however, the correlation of light extinction coefficient with grain yield was not significant. There were positive and significant relationship between number of grain.plant-1, biological yield and number of pod.plant-1 with grain yield. Genotypes 4.1, 7.1 and 6.7 were identified as highly productive genotypes with grain yield of 1163.1, 1160.2 and 1154.4 (g.m-2), respectively. Genotype 4.1 had the highest leaf area index, leaf area duration and biological yield as compared with other genotypes.
